I tried LSAs before and it didn't work.
+
Most failed campaigns fail for one of three reasons: loose targeting, missed calls, or weak review velocity. This system fixes all three — tighter setup, 24/7 answering, and automated review requests.
I already run LSAs. What happens to my account?
+
I take it over and rebuild rather than starting from scratch — the history and reviews in an existing account are worth keeping. The account is yours and stays yours. Suspended or struggling accounts are a case-by-case rescue — bring it to the walkthrough and I'll tell you honestly whether it's fixable.
What are Google Local Service Ads?
+
Local Service Ads are Google's pay-per-call product for local service businesses. They appear at the absolute top of search results — above Maps and above traditional ads — with your name, rating, and a tap-to-call button. You pay only when a homeowner calls. Not when they see the ad. Not when they click.
Why do LSAs build more trust than regular ads?
+
LSAs carry Google's screened badge, which requires background checks and license verification. That badge is visible to the homeowner before they call. Regular ads have no equivalent trust signal.
How much does Google charge per call?
+
Costs vary by trade and market. HVAC and plumbing calls in this area typically run $40–80 per live call. The calculator above uses $60 as a working estimate.
Who runs the background checks and what do they cost?
+
Google requires them — and Google pays for them. Checks run through Google's screening partner at no charge to you, which saves the shop $50–100 per technician. I handle the paperwork as part of setup.
Why can't I manage this myself?
+
You can. Google's interface is accessible. The problem is what happens without active management — loose targeting, missed dispute windows, slow response rates, and stale reviews quietly drag rankings and inflate cost per job. Most shop owners don't have the time to stay on top of all of it. That's what the management fee covers.
Do I control what the AI says and books?
+
Yes. You approve the script and the rules before a single live call happens. You decide what books directly and what gets escalated to a human. It never quotes prices you haven't given it, and it never promises what your techs can't deliver. Every call is recorded and transcribed — listen to as many as you want.
Can the AI replace our receptionist entirely?
+
For after-hours, overflow, and urgent calls — yes, fully. For complex scheduling or customer service situations that require judgment — the AI captures the details and routes to your team. It supplements the front desk rather than replacing it entirely.
What calendar or CRM does it book into?
+
Any calendar or CRM with an API or webhooks — which covers most of them: ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, Google Calendar, and plenty more. Bring whatever you're running to the walkthrough and I'll tell you on the spot whether it works. Bookings stay inside the windows and capacity rules you set, and if you'd rather approve each one yourself, it can work that way instead.
Can customers text or book instead of calling?
+
LSAs are call-based by design — Google's button says call, so the homeowner calls. And since the AI answers every call on the first ring, day or night, there's no missed call to chase. This engine does one thing, and does it completely: the phone.
What about smaller calls?
+
This system is aimed at jobs worth roughly $3,000 and up — installs, replacements, urgent work. That's the philosophy in the name. Smaller calls that come in anyway get caught and handled politely — booked if you want them, referred out if you don't. They're worth catching, not worth chasing. If your strategy is high volume at low tickets, this isn't your system — and I'll tell you that in the walkthrough.
How many calls should I expect in a rural county?
+
Fewer than a big city — and the math is built for that. This system runs on ticket size, not call volume. You don't need forty calls a month. You need the right ten jobs. During setup, Google shows its own lead and budget estimates for your trade and zip codes — we'll look at those numbers together in the walkthrough. And if the demand isn't there, I'll tell you.
Do I need a website?
+
Not for LSAs. Your Google Business Profile and LSA listing do the work. A website helps with Engine 05 (Local Authority) but is not required to start.
What do I keep if I cancel?
+
The account, profile, reviews, number, recordings, and customer data — yours, and always was. No hostages.
