About Big Ticket Jobs
30 years finding where a business is leaking — and building the system that stops it.

Owner, Big Ticket Jobs
How this started
Years ago I helped grow a struggling surf shop — two locations, ~$150K a year — into a $5M business with four stores and an online shop I built before Shopify existed.
None of it came from a big idea. It came from finding the leaks.
No big swings. Each one a specific leak, found by looking at the data, then fixed. That's the thread through everything since.
How I work
Engines 01, 03, and 05 are exclusive: one shop per trade, per county. I won't build the same revenue channel for two direct competitors.
Engines 02, 04, and 06 are not county-locked. Those systems are built around your operation — your call rules, your crew, your workflow, your data.
If there's a direct conflict I can't handle cleanly, I'll say so before we start.
Sound familiar?
A full schedule that doesn't feel as profitable as it should
Calls that might be getting missed, but nobody's checked
Old customers nobody's called in years
A reputation better than what shows up online
If something landed, we're probably talking about the same leak I've spent 30 years finding.
A Revenue Leak Review is 15 minutes. I'll tell you what I see — and whether I'm the right person to help. If I'm not, I'll tell you that too.
Revenue Leak Review
Fifteen minutes to pinpoint where profitable work is already slipping away.
You leave knowing where the leak is, which engine fixes it, and whether this is a good fit. If there's a simpler fix, I'll tell you.
